The journey, week by week.

Week 1 — Calm the Nervous System

Nervous system, self-care rituals, and the foundation of digestion

Before anything else can shift, your body needs to feel safe. We begin by calming the nervous system and introducing daily self-care practices rooted in Ayurveda, because a calm body is a body that can digest, regulate, and heal. You will begin to understand how stress has been quietly disrupting your digestion and hormones, and what to do about it.

Topics include: The stress-body-hormone connection, Abhyanga and oil as nervous system medicine, an introduction to Agni and your digestive fire, grounding breathwork and simple daily rituals

Week 2 — Rekindle Your Digestive Fire

Strong digestion is the foundation of hormonal balance. This week we go deep into Ayurvedic eating practices, your body’s natural digestive rhythm, and how to read your own body’s signals so food becomes medicine.

Topics include: Your body’s natural digestive rhythm, how to read your own body’s signals, food as medicine, warm water and hydration practices, natural digestive support, and simple habits that make a real difference.

Week 3 — Balance Your Hormones Through Food and Rhythm

Your hormonal health is deeply influenced by the daily signals your body receives, when you eat, how you rest, how much stress your system is carrying. This week we explore how Ayurvedic principles around food, rhythm, and seasonal living can support your body through the shifts of perimenopause, and how this works alongside any hormonal support you may already be receiving.

Topics include: How digestion directly influences hormonal balance, lifestyle and food habits for your specific imbalances, seasonal living as hormonal support, and Ayurveda alongside HRT and BHRT.

Week 4 — Build Your Lasting Practice

This is where it all weaves together. You will leave with a personal daily practice that is sustainable, seasonally aware, and genuinely yours, not a protocol to follow but a living practice you understand deeply enough to adapt as your life and body change.

Topics include: Designing your morning and evening anchors, shifting your practice with the seasons, and integrating everything into one simple framework that actually fits your life
