My work lives at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern healing, weaving Ayurveda, hypnotherapy, and nervous system support into transformation that goes all the way to the root.
Where It Began
My path began in 2003 with yoga teacher training, which cracked something open in me. That led to energy healing, life coaching, NLP, and hypnotherapy, then deeper still into the body through Shiatsu. Ayurveda found me in 2015, and everything came together. Here was a complete system honoring body, mind, and the rhythms of nature. Looking back, every step was leading me deeper into the bodyâs own wisdom.
Why Digestion
Digestion became my specialty because Iâve seen it again and again: when the gut heals, everything shifts. Energy, clarity, mood, the stories we tell about ourselves. This is especially true in perimenopause, when the bodyâs needs change quickly and quietly, and most women donât realize digestion is at the center of it all. I use Ayurveda alongside hypnotherapy to help clients uncover and repattern the unconscious beliefs shaping their relationship with food, their body, and themselves.
Why This Work, Why Now
I am in this phase of life myself. I hear the call of the women around me, and I know how much it matters to have someone who understands this terrain. My belief is simple: healing doesnât have to be complicated. Small shifts, done with intention and consistency, create profound change.

Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya (Inner Engineering)

As Sadhguru explains: âBhuta Shuddhi is about removing everything you have built up, so the Creatorâs creation can rise and shine within you.â

Surya Kriya
