Hello, and thank you for being here, I'm Shawni.

I’m an Ayurvedic Digestive Health Specialist and Mind-Body Coach, devoted to helping others reconnect with the innate wisdom of their body through simple, conscious daily practices. My approach weaves together the ancient science of Ayurveda with modern mindset tools like hypnotherapy, therapeutic coaching, and nervous system support—offering my clients a grounded and holistic path to true wellness.

For over a decade, I’ve been immersed in the healing arts. My journey began in bodywork and energy healing, but my passion has always centered around the deeper layers of well-being—how we nourish ourselves, how we live in alignment with nature’s rhythms, and how our thoughts shape our internal environment.

Since discovering Ayurveda in 2015, I’ve been deeply committed to living and sharing its timeless principles. I specialize in digestion and lifestyle coaching, guiding clients to create personalized routines, food choices, and rituals that bring the body back into balance. I believe that healing doesn’t have to be complicated—small shifts, done with intention, can create powerful transformations

Alongside Ayurveda, I integrate tools like hypnotherapy and Yoga Nidra to support clients in reprogramming subconscious patterns that affect their relationship with food, their body, and their overall wellness journey.

After becoming a mother, my own healing journey deepened. It led me to my guru and daily kriya yoga practice, anchoring me into a more mindful and embodied way of living. Now, I’m passionate about helping others build that same inner sanctuary, combining ancient wisdom with practical, everyday actions.

I’m here to offer you support, encouragement, and real-life strategies to feel better in your body—starting with your digestion, but flowing into every area of your life.

Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya (Inner Engineering)

Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya is a yogic practice from the Isha tradition that combines meditation and specific breathing techniques. It’s taught through the Inner Engineering program and draws from the classical path of Raja Yoga.

This practice follows a precise sequence that helps calm the mind, balance the body, and turn your focus inward.

Benefits include:

  • Reduced stress and anxiety

  • Improved focus and mental clarity

  • Greater self-awareness

  • Better heart health, often reducing or eliminating the need for medications for issues like high blood pressure, depression, and menstrual imbalances

Inner Engineering is more than just a technique—it’s a process for inner transformation. It helps you see life, work, and the world with a new perspective while improving health, energy, and overall success.

Bhuta Shuddhi

Bhuta Shuddhi means “purification of the elements.” In yogic science, everything—including the human body—is made of five elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space. This practice works to cleanse and balance those elements within you.

As Sadhguru explains: “Bhuta Shuddhi is about removing everything you have built up, so the Creator’s creation can rise and shine within you.”

Benefits include:

  • Restores harmony and balance in the body and mind

  • Prepares the system to handle higher levels of energy

  • Enhances physical, mental, and energetic strength

  • Lays the foundation for mastery over your inner system

Surya Kriya

Surya Kriya is an ancient practice designed to activate the solar energy within you. The word “Surya” means sun and “Kriya” means inner process. By energizing the solar plexus, this practice increases vitality, balances your system, and steadies the mind.

Benefits include:

  • Builds mental clarity and focus

  • Strengthens weak constitutions

  • Boosts energy and vitality

  • Balances hormones

  • Provides a strong foundation for meditation and inner growth
