My approach weaves together the ancient science of Ayurveda with modern mindset tools like hypnotherapy, therapeutic coaching, and nervous system support—offering my clients a grounded and holistic path to true wellness.

For over a decade, I’ve been immersed in the healing arts. My journey began in bodywork and energy healing, but my passion has always centered around the deeper layers of well-being—how we nourish ourselves, how we live in alignment with nature’s rhythms, and how our thoughts shape our internal environment.

Since discovering Ayurveda in 2015, I’ve been deeply committed to living and sharing its timeless principles. I specialize in digestion and lifestyle coaching, guiding clients to create personalized routines, food choices, and rituals that bring the body back into balance. I believe that healing doesn’t have to be complicated—small shifts, done with intention, can create powerful transformations

Alongside Ayurveda, I integrate tools like hypnotherapy and NLP to support clients in reprogramming subconscious patterns that affect their relationship with food, their body, and their overall wellness journey.

After becoming a mother, my own healing journey deepened. It led me to my guru and daily kriya yoga practice, anchoring me into a more mindful and embodied way of living. Now, I’m passionate about helping others build that same inner sanctuary, combining ancient wisdom with practical, everyday actions.

Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya (Inner Engineering)

Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya is an advanced yoga practice that combines meditation and deep breathing techniques. As part of the Isha Yoga lineage, Inner Engineering program and incorporates multiple limbs of traditional Raja Yoga. The kriya involves a precise sequence of yogic practices, including breath control, which is a yogic action or inner technique.

Benefits : a drop in stress and anxiety, a boost in mental alertness and focus, and an increase in self-awareness due to practicing the Shambhavi Mahamudra. It is also clear that regular practice benefits cardiac health and either leads to a stop in the use of medication or at least reduces it considerably for a range of ailments including hypertension, depression and menstrual issues.

Bhuta Shuddhi

Bhuta Shuddhi is a yoga system based on purifying the five elements of creation: earth, water, wind, fire, and space. The word bhuta refers to the five elements, and shuddhi means to cleanse. Isha's Bhuta Shuddhi processes make this esoteric yogic science accessible to everyone, even though it usually requires intense spiritual practices. Surya Kriya

"Surya Kriya is a powerful process of activating the solar power within you."- Sadhguru

Surya Kriya is a potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete inner wellbeing. “Surya” means “sun,” and “kriya” means “inner energy process.” Surya Kriya activates the solar plexus to raise the samat prana, or solar heat, in the system. It also balances a person’s left and right energy channels, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.
