If you’ve found me, chances are your hormones have been stirring things up and your quality of life is feeling it. Perimenopause has a way of showing up differently in every woman, through digestion, sleep, mood, weight, energy, and so much more.
I created this offer to help you honor this transition in life and find your way back to ease and flow. Through nourishing food, intentional movement, breathwork, and recipes that speak to your body’s imbalances, we can work together to find a rhythm that has you dancing with life again.
Working with the body is a give and take. We change some things, watch how your body responds, and adjust from there. Ayurveda teaches that for every year an imbalance has been present, the body asks for about a month of consistent practice to truly shift. Real change takes time, and it’s worth it!
My aim with every client is to help you attune to your own body. Whatever your constellation of symptoms, we work together to build the awareness and innate knowledge that lets you move forward with confidence on your own. The goal is that you need me less and less over time, and whenever you need that extra support, I’m here to help you soothe your body back into balance.
What I'll need from you:
Comprehensive Intake and Assessment
Before we meet I’ll send you a simple online questionnaire to fill out at your own pace, a short food journal prompt, and instructions for your tongue photo. Everything comes to me through email, typed and easy to read, so we can make the most of every minute of our time together.
The food journal is nothing to stress over. I’ll simply ask you to walk me through a couple of typical days, what you ate, when you ate it, and how you felt. That’s all I need to start seeing your patterns clearly.
60-90 Minute Deep Dive Session
We trace your health history, current symptoms, daily rhythms, and goals together to find the root patterns at play. This is where your map begins to take shape.
Your Sacred Fire Blueprint
A fully personalized plan built around you, including food and meal guidance, nourishing recipes, daily routine adjustments, breathwork, and gentle yoga postures to support your digestion and nervous system.
Ongoing Email Support (First Month)
As you step into your new practices, I’m here. Reach out as needed throughout your first month with questions, shifts, or anything that wants a second look.
Follow-Up Integration Session
At the one-month mark, we reconnect on Zoom. By this point your body has had real time to respond, and you’ll have lived experience to bring to the conversation. We’ll look at what’s shifted, what’s settling in, and what wants to go deeper. Your Sacred Fire Blueprint gets refined here, adjusted to meet you exactly where you are now.
We’ll book this together at your initial consultation, so it’s already on the calendar and you have something to walk toward.

ABOUT THAT TONGUE PHOTO
In Ayurveda, the tongue is a living map of what’s happening inside the body. Each area corresponds to a different organ system, and the way your tongue looks, its color, coating, texture, moisture, and shape, tells a detailed story about how your organs are functioning and how your body is responding to your diet, lifestyle, and stress load.
A thick white coating, for example, often signals sluggish digestion and a buildup of undigested material. A scalloped edge along the sides speaks to poor nutrient absorption. Dryness or cracks can point to hydration, nervous system load, or deeper depletion.
Tips: take the photo in natural light, first thing in the morning before eating, drinking, or brushing your teeth. It takes less than a minute to take, and it gives me a window into your body that a questionnaire alone simply can’t.
Tip of tongue = heart and lungs. Middle front = stomach and small intestine.
Center = liver, spleen, pancreas. Back = kidneys, colon, and reproductive organs.
Edges = liver and gallbladder.
Keep Moving Forward
Once your Reset is complete, you’re welcome to continue our work together. Single sessions are available within six months of your initial Reset for a check-in, a tweak, a reassessment. If it’s been longer than that, we’ll simply start fresh together, because you deserve to be met where you are now, not where you were then.
